GoGrab Space incorporates advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies as core features of the Platform. This section explains how your data is processed in connection with these AI-powered capabilities.
Data Processed by AI Features
When you use our AI features, the following types of data may be processed:
- Prompts and Instructions: Text inputs, commands, and natural language instructions you provide to AI features, including requests to Vibe (AI builder), Vitto (autonomous agent), and the AI Generation Hub.
- Generated Content: Outputs produced by AI systems on your behalf, including website layouts, page designs, text content, code snippets, module configurations, and visual elements.
- Usage Patterns: How you interact with AI features, including the sequence of operations, feature preferences, and workflow patterns.
- Interaction Logs: Records of conversations and interactions with AI agents, including chat history with Vitto, command sequences, and session transcripts.
- Platform Building Inputs: Content, assets, preferences, and configuration data you provide when using AI to build or modify your digital experiences, including brand guidelines, content specifications, and design preferences.
How AI Processes Your Data
Our AI systems process your inputs to generate outputs in the following ways:
- Vibe (AI Builder): Processes your natural language descriptions and design preferences to generate complete website structures, page layouts, module configurations, and visual designs. Vibe analyzes your requirements to produce production-ready digital experiences.
- Vitto (Autonomous Agent): Processes task instructions, project context, and workspace state to execute multi-step operations autonomously, including code generation, file management, content creation, and workflow orchestration. Vitto maintains session context to provide coherent, continuous assistance.
- AI Generation Hub: Processes content requests to generate text, images, translations, and other media using various AI models. The Hub routes requests to the most appropriate AI provider based on the task type and quality requirements.
Important: AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing or deploying it.
To deliver our AI-powered features, GoGrab Space integrates with the following third-party AI service providers. We are committed to transparency about which providers process your data and under what conditions.
OpenAI (GPT Models)
- Services Used: GPT-4, GPT-4o, and related models for text generation, content creation, code generation, and natural language processing.
- Data Shared: User prompts, contextual information necessary for content generation, and relevant workspace metadata needed to fulfill requests.
- Data Protection: We use OpenAI's API services, which are governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Data submitted through the API is not used by OpenAI to train or improve their models.
Anthropic (Claude Models)
- Services Used: Claude models for advanced reasoning, code analysis, content generation, and powering our autonomous agent Vitto.
- Data Shared: User instructions, task context, workspace state information, and file contents when requested by the user for code review or content generation.
- Data Protection: We use Anthropic's API services under a Data Processing Agreement. API data is not used by Anthropic for model training.
Google (Gemini Models)
- Services Used: Gemini models for multimodal content generation, image analysis, and supplementary AI processing.
- Data Shared: User prompts, images or media submitted for analysis, and content generation requests.
- Data Protection: We use Google's API services under enterprise terms and a Data Processing Agreement. API data is not used by Google for model training under our enterprise agreement.
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): We maintain Data Processing Agreements with all third-party AI providers. These agreements contractually obligate providers to process your data only for the purposes of delivering the requested services, implement appropriate security measures, and refrain from using API-submitted data for their own model training purposes.
Provider Selection and Data Routing
Our Platform uses a smart routing system that automatically selects the most appropriate AI provider based on the nature of your request, performance requirements, and cost efficiency. You may not always know which specific provider processes a given request, but all providers are bound by equivalent data protection standards through our DPAs.
We want to be transparent about how your data may be used in connection with improving our AI capabilities. This section explains our practices regarding AI model training and your rights related to this processing.
How We May Use Your Data for AI Improvement
- Anonymized and Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from user interactions with our AI features to improve the quality, accuracy, and performance of our Platform's AI capabilities. This data is stripped of all personally identifiable information before use.
- Pattern Analysis: We may analyze general usage patterns — such as common types of requests, frequently used features, and typical workflow sequences — to optimize our AI routing, improve response quality, and develop new features.
- Quality Assurance: We may review AI interactions (in anonymized form) to identify and correct errors, biases, or quality issues in AI-generated outputs.
Your Right to Opt Out
You have the right to opt out of having your data used for AI improvement purposes. To exercise this right:
- Navigate to your Account Settings and locate the "AI Data Preferences" section.
- Toggle off the "Allow anonymized data for AI improvement" option.
- Alternatively, contact us at privacy@gograb.io with the subject line "AI Data Opt-Out."
Once you opt out, we will cease using your data for AI improvement within 30 calendar days. Data that has already been anonymized and aggregated prior to your opt-out request cannot be retroactively removed, as it is no longer identifiable to you.
Your content is NEVER used for third-party model training. We do not share, sell, or provide your personal content, prompts, or AI interactions to any third-party AI provider for the purpose of training their models. Our DPAs with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google expressly prohibit the use of API-submitted data for provider model training.
GoGrab Space uses automated processing, including AI and machine learning algorithms, to make certain decisions that may affect your experience on the Platform. We are committed to transparency about these automated processes and your rights regarding them.
Automated Decisions We Make
- Content Recommendations: Our AI analyzes your usage patterns, project types, and preferences to recommend templates, modules, design elements, and features that may be relevant to your projects.
- Quality Scoring: AI systems evaluate generated content for quality, coherence, accessibility, and adherence to web standards. These scores may influence which outputs are presented to you and in what order.
- Spam and Abuse Detection: Automated systems analyze user behavior and content to detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use. This may include automated suspension of accounts exhibiting suspicious activity.
- Resource Allocation: AI systems manage computational resource allocation based on usage patterns, subscription tiers, and system demand to ensure optimal Platform performance.
- Content Moderation: Automated tools review user-generated content and AI outputs for compliance with our content standards and applicable laws.
